Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • For Dubai only, orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery for orders AED 300 and above, across all UAE Emirates.

  • AED 25 delivery fee applies to orders below AED 300.

  • Delivery charges are inclusive of 5% VAT.

4. International & Free Zone Deliveries

  • We currently offer delivery within the UAE only.

  • Deliveries to free zones (e.g. Jebel Ali, SAIF) are subject to additional handling—please contact us directly for quotes and arrangements.

5. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

  • Delivery agents may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm arrival.

6. Shipping Exceptions

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes, only to physical addresses.

  • Orders can be delayed due to high volume, traffic, or extreme weather. We’ll notify you immediately if delays occur.

7. Customs & Import Fees

  • For local UAE deliveries—there are no additional customs charges.

  • All applicable VAT is already included in our pricing structure.

  • For international or hybrid exceptions, any fees would be the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Simply Supply UAE, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide clarity, fairness, and confidence when purchasing from us.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly through simplysupply.ae or our official sales channels.

  • To be eligible, products must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery for UAE orders.

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • Opened consumable products (e.g., coffee beans, powders, syrups, milk toppings, teas) cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene regulations unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or partially used consumables.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional discounts (unless faulty).

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Delivered

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [support@simplysupply.ae] with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

We will arrange for:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund if the product is out of stock.

4. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is eligible and in stock.

  • If the requested product has a price difference, the balance will either be invoiced to you or credited towards future purchases.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

6. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Simply Supply UAE will cover the return shipping.

     

7. B2B / Bulk Orders

  • Bulk and wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of confirmed damage or incorrect delivery.
